Description
- We seek a talented and results-oriented HR & Customer Care Specialist (Female) to join our exciting startup ventures. In this pivotal role, you'll play a dual role, fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our growing team while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- HR Focus: Manage the HR lifecycle for startup teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices and legal compliance.
- Partner with leadership to cultivate an attractive employer brand and secure top talent.
- Customer Care Focus: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, etc.), addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that extends to our valued customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in either HR or customer service, with a strong understanding of both areas preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of success in building strong client and employee relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for employee and customer well-being, fostering a culture of growth and satisfaction.
- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management proficiency.
