Job Description

  • We seek a dynamic professional who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and guiding individuals and teams through organizational changes to minimize disruption and achieve successful outcomes.
  • This role focuses on developing strategies, assessing impacts, and ensuring effective communication and training to support the change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans and strategies.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to understand the effects of changes.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions to help employees adapt to new changes and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Organizational Development / Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a change management specialist or in a similar role.
  • Professional qualifications such as Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) are preferred.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) can also be beneficial.
  • Domain knowledge in the oil and gas industry is an added advantage.

Key Skills Required:

  • Deep understanding of organizational culture, structure, and processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and situations to develop effective change strategies.
  • Solid leadership abilities to guide teams through changes and ensure successful implementation.
