Job Title: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of records
- Develop and monitor budgets
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare basic reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5-8 years in financial management or accounting
- Membership of ICAN/ACCA preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting
- Good communication and presentation skills
