We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Nigeria

Mission

• Daily monitor of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance
• Verification of chillers and freezer temperature for compliance
• Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling, take food samples for laboratory analysis
• Obtain Chef Table samples to verify compliance to specification
• Assist in specific training and daily initiatives addressing quality, food safety, and sanitation issues to drive process improvements
• Conduct workstation inspections to verify compliance (gold standard and portion control weight verification, specs, sanitizer, food temperatures, HACCP documentation)                                             
• Verify that Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) logs and other documents are accurately completed on a daily basis

Profile

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge.
• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene policies.
• Strong people and process management skills.
• Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Excellent skills at developing concepts and ensuring documentation
