Job Title: Lounge Hostess

Location: Nigeria

Mission

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm welcome and farewell
• Manage lounge reservations, seating, and capacity
• Coordinate with servers and bartenders to ensure prompt service
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and organization
• Monitor and replenish supplies, snacks, and beverages
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and grace
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
• Develop and implement processes to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards

Profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related degree preferred
• 1st year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with grace and poise
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
