Job Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding team members.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring they are completed efficiently.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service.
• Maintaining quality and service standards.
• Acting as a liaison between upper management and team members
• Ensuring the team adheres to safety regulations and company policies.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3years experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
• BSc in Business administration,management or relevant skills.
• Good Excel Skills
• Tech Savvy.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
