Rainoil Limited is an integrated downstream oil and gas company. A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales. Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• The role is responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
• The Quantity Surveyor  minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money while ensuring that the project meets all legal and quality assurance requirements and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, MNIQS) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to prepare BOQ, Labour and material schedule and conduct interim valuation
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
