The Baker Deliatessen is a bakery situated at the annex of Amuwo Odofin. Our goal is to satisfy our customers with mouth watery produces in form of bread/pastries.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Bakery Supervisor (Female)
Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring the highest quality of products
- Manage and mentor bakery staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste and maximize productivity
- Keep accurate records of production, inventory, and sales
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year experience.
- Proven experience as a Bakery Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / Month.
