Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Smart Lock Sales Executive to join our innovative sales team. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for driving sales of our smart lock products to both residential and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our smart lock products, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and partners.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and support.
  • Travel: Travel within the assigned territory and occasionally outside for customer visits, trade shows, and training.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in smart home technology or related industries.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products.
