We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager (Volunteer)

Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

• Write compelling and concise captions and posts for different audiences.
• Make blog posts and disseminate newsletter and monthly assessment reportto subscribers
• Analyse social media metrics to measure performance and inform strategies.
• Manage all emails and ensure smooth communication.
• Collaborate with content creators and other team members to ensuresmooth and effective work.
• Build and nurture online communities and address user inquiries.
• Must be able to work at least 15hrs weekly.

Requirements

• A minimum of NCE or OND in computer science or any related field.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience working in the role.

Skills:

• Ability to create engaging and relevant content across various platforms.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics to measure performance and informstrategies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging withfollowers.
• Ability to handle and respond effectively to messages; especially socialmedia crises and negative feedback.
• In-depth understanding of each social media platform’s features andalgorithms.
