Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to join our client's fashion house team. In this pivotal role, you will play a leadership role in overseeing all aspects of production, from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive production strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of production operations, including facility management, resource allocation, and adherence to efficiency and sustainability goals.
• Supply Chain Management: Provide strategic oversight of procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships, optimizing costs and ensuring quality materials.
• Financial Acumen: Manage the production budget, including staff and vendor billing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain a robust quality control program throughout the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Human Capital Management: Lead and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize production data and industry best practices to optimize processes, minimize waste, and maximize output.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production management within a renowned fashion house.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
