Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Specialist to join our client's fashion house team. In this crucial role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our garments meet the highest quality standards, exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of garments at all stages of production, verifying adherence to client specifications, style measurements, and fabric quality.
• Error Reduction: Identify and address quality issues promptly, providing clear guidance and feedback to tailors to minimize errors and ensure consistent output.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your tailoring experience to understand garment construction and identify potential flaws.
• Packaging & Presentation: Ensure all quality-approved garments are properly packaged and presented for shipment, maintaining a professional brand image.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of quality control procedures and results.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with tailors, designers, and production teams to maintain seamless communication and address quality concerns collaboratively.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a tailor in a fashion house environment.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Control role within the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects and inconsistencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N180,000 / Month (Net)
