Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruitment Officer to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for various positions within our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment roles.
• 4 - 15 years work experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
