Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly capable and organized Administrative Manager to oversee various administrative functions, including liaising with regulatory authorities such as NAFDAC, managing payroll, and handling other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities such as NAFDAC, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements. Coordinate inspections, submit required documentation, and address any compliance issues that may arise.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, including calculating salaries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, as well as company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Personnel Management: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct performance evaluations, address employee concerns, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies. Negotiate contracts and agreements as necessary, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, financial documents, and regulatory filings. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information, and implement systems for efficient record retrieval and storage.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues and concerns raised by staff, clients, or regulatory authorities in a timely and professional manner. Implement solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness of administrative operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
