Job Title: Finance Operations Administrator

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse financial transactions to ensure proper classification and correction.
• Reconciliation of collection banks.
• Follow up on unbooked transactions.
• Ensure supporting documents/back-up schedules meet audit and regulatory requirements.
• Implement finance policies, processes and procedures in accordance with established. internal controls.
• Meet all month-end reporting deadlines.
• Prepare and book journal vouchers and other financial transaction in the ERP system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Comply with company's PPP’s IFRS, IAS ,CBN regulations and GAAP in processing of transactions.
• To ensure proper accountability for all fixed assets, with strict adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)andaccounting standards.
• Spearhead virtual support sessions, resolve complex stakeholder inquiries, and foster positive relationships.
• Manage accounts payable functions, including efficient invoice processing and timely partner payments.
• Analyse customer requests to identify and address service disruptions impacting invoice submissions, ensuring timely performance target delivery.
• Consult internal and external support teams to resolve customer-identified issues, ensuring efficient problem-solving.

Requirements

• First Degree in any related discipline with 1 year experience.
• Fluent in English
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, CPA, ACCA) would be an added advantage.
