Job Overview

  • Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Sales Associate to join their team, specializing in High Premium luxury retail brands.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for high-end fashion and lifestyle products.
  • This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and driving sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a luxurious shopping experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with customers, effective use of sales techniques, and in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of the brand’s product offerings, including new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Assist in maintaining the store's visual appearance, including displays, signage, and overall cleanliness, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Support inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective clienteling strategies, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions, providing insights and feedback to management on sales trends and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within high-end or luxury retail environments.
  • Bachelor's degree/ diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant certifications in sales or retail management is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse customer base.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Passion for luxury brands and a keen interest in fashion and lifestyle products.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, in line with the brand’s image and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using retail POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods.
