Job Title: Assistant Head of Retail Experience Unit

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblities

• Assist the Head of Retail Experience in managing the daily operations of the unit.
• Lead and oversee design projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and manage the installation of retail and office spaces.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Focus on project management, with an emphasis on detailed planning and execution.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Report and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Events Management, Interior Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in projects and events management with a good understanding of design principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging spaces.
• Expertise in project management, with a strong focus on planning and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving aptitude.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
