Job Summary

  • TBSF is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our organization’s financial operations, including financial planning, monitoring, budgeting, and reporting.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, etc.).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A candidate who is available to start immediately is preferred.
