The group consists of six (6) subsidiaries specializing in various aspects of the aviation industry downstream, along with two (2) affiliates, one of which operates in the upstream aviation sector. We maintain a strong presence across nine (9) locations, including five (5) in Lagos, two (2) in Abuja, and one each in Kano and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receivable Accountant

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • As a Receivable Accountant, you are responsible for maintaining and managing the branch receivables and keeping them within acceptable limits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for driving 100% of credit sales recoveries in the branch
  • Responsible for maintain and updating client ledgers on excel and TravCom
  • Responsible for accurate and timely submission of invoices and statement of account to clients.
  • Responsible for Preparing statement of outstanding and aged schedule of account receivables
  • Responsible for the administrative activities in your branch
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales and inflow reports for the branch
  • Perform other job-related tasks as may be required

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and any related field
  • Professional qualifications is an added advantage
  • Minimum of two years’ experience

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to pay high attention to details
  • High level of initiative
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change and a pressured work environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
