Divine AG Solutions Limited (RC 1243335) was incorporated in 2015 to provide recruitment and outsourcing services in accordance with the terms agreed between us and our clients. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager - Vitamins and Supplements

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase demand for Oakleaf’s vitamins and supplements.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee product management activities, including product launches, lifecycle management, and market positioning.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Utilize data analytics tools, including Excel, to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Handle objections and feedback from customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, particularly vitamins and supplements.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in demand generation, product management, and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and developing team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred.
