Job Description

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base by promoting and selling printing services.
• This role involves building client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients; maintain contact with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
• Oversee the sales process and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote services and expand the client base.

Essential Skills

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the printing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations and negotiations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and CRM proficiency.
• Understanding of printing products, services, and trends.
• Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
• Skilled in closing deals and handling objections.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools.
• Goal-oriented and independent.
