Job Summary
- Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with the company’s product.
- They have many responsibilities like and addressing customers’ questions about products and services, and processing payments or returns.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
- BSC/HND in related field
- 2- 4 years’ experience in Customer Service role
- Background in event management is important
Salary
- N150,000 - N180,000 monthly
