Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for outbound roaming business revenue for the business.
• Execute regular trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to ensure that the Company roamers have the best in market roaming, market IDD offers, bundles and propositions.
• Responsible for the full customer lifecycle journey and experience, including communication, subscription, usage and payment of the roaming services.
• Work closely with the commercial wholesale roaming team to derive the best possible deals for Company's roaming customers
• Responsible for mapping competitive environment in submarine cable business and recommended pricing.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a telecom Roaming and Gateway Carrier product management function.
• Strong Logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Good organizational, presentation and communications skills.
