We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest region, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies across the region.
  • You will play a key role in expanding Lush Hair Nigeria's market presence and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance and effective territory coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide insights to the senior management team.
  • Ensure timely delivery and availability of Lush Hair products across the region.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage regional sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using Sales Automation software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel within the region as required.
