Job Title: Gateway Carrier MIS & Business Intelligence Manager

Ref: GMIS
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Generate reports on Business intelligence and competitive analysis of opportunities in the Carrier business.
• Monitor carrier revenues on daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Resolve pending CDR errors related to Rate management, Numbering plan, Trunks
• Ensure that re-rating of CDRs are done to reflect corrected rates and exceptions
• Ensure accounts are correctly configured both for the commercial and technical trunks
• Ensure the Billing accounts are correctly created and assigned to the appropriate billing cycle.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skill

• University Degree in Accounting, Statistics / Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience ideally in Finance, Business Planning or Revenue Assurance.
• Proficiency in the use of business Intelligence tools.
• Advanced Excel and database management.
