A leading Telecommunication connectivity solution provider is desirous of engaging highly competent candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager, Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management

Ref: RAFM
Location: Nigeria

Key Reponsibilities

• Create and maintain ETL data feeds both in and out of internal and Partner's systems (e.g. RA tool, FMS, etc.).
• Design, develop and maintain data for RAFM team from data warehouses and/or other network elements.
• Perform data analysis and data modelling.
• Design, deploy, and maintain reporting solutions based on a variety of data sources.
• Maintain data directories based on data retention policies.
• Design, deploy, and maintain reporting solutions based on a variety of data sources.
• Maintain data directories based on data retention policies.
• Run data matchers (MSC VS IN, MSC VS INTERCONNECT, MSC VS INROAMERS, etc.).
• Maintain and run the TCG/tariff module in Revenue Assurance tool and share exception reports.
• Run and maintain triggers in Fraud Management System (FMS).
• Update new triggers on FMS and share exception reports.
• Run exception reports on SIM BOX and CLI masking for barring.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• University Degree in Accounting, Statistics/Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Certified Oracle DBA or Certified UNIX Administrator, and Certification in MySQL.
• Minimum 10 Years' experience within Telecom Revenue assurance & Fraud Management System exposure
• Experience using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or other integration/ETL tools.
• Experience with MySQL and MS Access and other database formats.
• PL/SQL Shell Scripting, Oracle, Unix/Linux will be an added advantage.
