Job Title: Head of Community, People and Culture

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Community, People and Culture at SOSOCARE located in Port Harcourt. The Head of Community, People and Culture will be responsible for mixed responsibilty in our fast pace space.
• This role includes community management, engagement and program development. Improtantly this role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the Human Resources department.
• This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in performance management and employee relations
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
• We're looking for someone with expectional ability to work collaboratively and independently
