Job Title: Business Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hospital revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, including corporate organizations, insurance companies, and individual patients, and actively pursue new business opportunities. (Onboard 30-40 new patients per month)
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Service and Product Sales and Promotion: Sell and promote the hospital’s services, specialties, and medical expertise to potential clients. (consultation, chemotherapy, surgical procedures, pharmacy, laboratory).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
