Job Summary

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
• Take food and drink orders, serve dishes, and handle payments in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Manage tables efficiently, ensuring prompt service and minimizing delays.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, following health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with accuracy.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Familiarity with restaurant software and technology.
• Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) preferred.
