Ginos Ventures Limited is an Indigenous distributor of medical consumables and devices across Africa; we provide solutions to all problems of procurement, distribution, and supply of all medical consumables. We currently distribute for over 15 multinational healthcare companies and have a working relationship with about 60% of healthcare institutions in Nigeria with 23 Medical Representatives and 10 mini distributors that cover major regions in the country.

Job Title: Technical Bid Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Bid Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our bid proposals and tender processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful bid submissions.
  • Participate in the preparation of Tender documents for medical equipment when bidding for Institutional projects.
  • Responsible for contacting credible partners (Foreign and local) for requested products and ideas.
  • Work with other team members to have a proper technical documentation
  • Manage printing of technical documents
  • Process award letters with the admin department
  • Liaise with other departments on tender requirements and report such to the head of technical tenders’ unit (TTU)
  • Prepare and submit work reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly as required.
  • Help the IT Department on posting and designing technical activities of the bid.
  • Maintenance routine should be designed and spelt out.
  • Any other related tasks assigned by the Management or head of the department

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration and the like.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in tender management, procurement, or technical project management is required.
  • Ability to work under tight schedule and multi task.
  • Substantial experience using MS Office suite.
  • Team and action-oriented; proactive in prioritizing own workload and assigned areas of responsibility to others
  • Able to influence assertively to get results.
