Job Title: Female Hostel Manager

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Overview

• We are looking for a dedicated Female Hostel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the female hostel at our newly established nursing school.
• The Female Hostel Manager will ensure a safe, supportive, and conducive living environment for female students.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the female hostel, including room assignments, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations, and address student concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise hostel staff and promote a positive and respectful living environment for students.
• Collaborate with college administration on hostel policies and initiatives to enhance student welfare.

Requirements

• Proven 1-3years experience in hostel management, facility management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and manage conflicts effectively.
• Understanding of student development and support services.
• OND, HND or a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
