Job Title: Waiter and Waitress
Location: Abuja
Summary of Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing quality service that meets customer's satisfaction.
- Responsible for safe keeping and maintenance of all company's asset at the Outlet.
Main Functions
- Responsible for taking customer's orders
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Stock service areas with supplies such as food and drinks.
- Present menus to guest and answer questions about menu items or making recommendation
- Collect payments from customers.
- To take food and drink orders
- To serve food and drinks
- To check guest to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
- To take equipment inventory to make sure it is complete before loading
- To carry out any other assigned duty.
Person Profile/Experience Required
- Must possess OND/ ND
- Must be confidence and have friendly disposition
- Must be very courteous,
- Must possess good communication skill;
- Preference would be given to applicants living close to Kubwa Village or in Kubwa Village
