Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting for a Plant Engineer who will be responsible for implementing preventive, emergency repair and maintenance procedures and also lead productivity enhancements through project-based activities.
Role Requirements
- MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional accreditation preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in CAD and process design.
- Experience with FMEA, Kaizen/A3, and error proofing techniques.
- Significant experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in soap manufacturing.
