Description 

• We're looking for a results-driven Store Supervisor to manage our store team, drive sales growth, and maintain a luxurious shopping environment.
• The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for luxury home decor and furniture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising, store displays, and ensure a luxurious shopping environment
• Monitor inventory levels, process sales transactions, and handle customer complaints
• Collaborate with the Business Manager to implement sales strategies and promotions
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, designers, and industry trends
• Foster strong relationships with customers, building loyalty and repeat business
• Identify and address performance gaps, providing coaching and feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years retail management or supervisory experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Passion for luxury home decor and furniture.
