Job Title: Director - Nigeria Youth Futures Fund (NYFF) Project

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational implementation of NYFF’s mission and vision, ensuring alignment with our Theory of Change.
• Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners
• Drive participatory and inclusive grant making processes that empower youth and facilitate substantial, sustainable impacts.
• Cultivate an organizational culture that promotes professional growth, capacity building, and innovation among team members.
• Utilize proven and smart systems approaches to project implementation to address complex challenges effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in any relevant field with at least 5 years of senior-level experience in youth leadership development, international development, or public policy.
• 7 years’ experience with participatory or trust-based grant, non-profit, consulting, start-up management or within a global movement is highly desired.
• Skilled in policy analysis and monitoring, ensuring program impacts align with organizational goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in program design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Highly motivated, performance-driven, and entrepreneurial with a positive attitude and willingness to travel at least 30%.
