Job Title: Brand and Corporate Communication Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Develop and execute the brands, corporate communications, and public relations strategy in line with the overall objectives of the organization
• Lead implementation of business directives and objectives relating to brands, corporate communications, and PR, in line with the corporate vision and strategy
• Facilitate awareness of the organization with various stakeholders such as investors, partners, media, customers, and the community
• Execute brands, corporate communications, and PR operational plans to ensure the successful delivery of the organization’s strategy in line with timelines and budget.
• Drive the organization’s public relations function and CSR initiatives, and suggest practical and creative inputs to new business initiatives/opportunities.
• Build brands and marketing infrastructure to drive market adoption of the organization’s services and solutions for revenue growth.
• Facilitate awareness of the organization with various stakeholders such as investors, partners, media, customers, and the community.
• Attract and prioritize market opportunities for the organization.
• Provide market intelligence to support strategic business decision-making on the development of existing and new services and solutions.
• Identify and develop partnering opportunities to enhance market reach.
• Ensure all departments in the organization are aligned to meet the organisation’s strategic brands, corporate communications, and PR objectives in line with overall corporate aspirations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or any related discipline. Masters / MBA is a plus
• At least 10 – 12 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a similar position
• Relevant professional qualifications and membership are desirable.
