Job Title: English Teacher / Handwriting Specialist

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive English Language lessons.
• Design and implement comprehensive curriculum and lesson plans.
• Assess students' progress and offer timely feedback.
• Integrate extensive learning activities with linguistic and literary content.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Integrate digital tools into teaching.
• Writing and Composition Techniques, Phonetics and Pronunciation Instruction.
• Teach Handwriting legibility, ease, fluency and speed, and observe students' posture and pen hold during lessons.
• Improving the standard of handwriting of students.
• Teaching transcription and composition.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching English Language or a related subject.
• Expertise in Educational Technology and Digital Tools.
• Linguistics and Grammar Expertise along with Literature Analysis and Criticism.
• Proficient in handwriting skills.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
