The company was founded in 2002, since inception, Swift Networks has invested heavily in “next generation” networking technologies to build a multi-service network platform. Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill a creative technical position as we hope to maintain our status as the leading broadband connectivity services provider in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles

  • We are looking for experienced and business-oriented Sales professionals who will deploy strategies to obtain sales leads and develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.
  • These must be demonstrated self-starters with solid experience managing diverse sales teams.

Job Description

  • Salespersons with at least 5 years of experience managing products in FMCG, Telecoms, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
  • Applicant must have managed a significant sales region or product in Nigeria. (A Must).
  • Applicants must have also managed a diverse sales team including account management, distribution, sales operations, and/or trade marketing.
  • Act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Successful candidates will promote and sell the Company’s products and services that match the needs and requirements of customers.
  • Build and maintain positive and long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about competitors and industry development.
  • Promote the company’s products by identifying and engaging potential and existing clients.

Requirements

  • The job holder must have a 2.1 in Business Administration, Management, Applied or Social Science discipline.
  • At least five years of cognate experience in product and/or service sales.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Must have the drive and capability to meet and beat challenging targets.
  • Possessing a Telecoms / Information Technology solution sales background will be an added advantage.
  • Strong relationship and team building skills, and experience in dealing with corporate and government.
  • Entrepreneurial drive.
  • Delivering results - absolute focus to deliver under pressure in an ever-changing business environment.
  • Putting customers first - understand the needs, expectations, and requirements of stakeholders.
  • Communicating for impact - effective communicator with senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company.
  • Making a personal difference - strong influencing skills and responsive Technical / Professional Expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communications.
  • Strong presentation skills are required, including experience in presenting and influencing senior audiences.
