Job Title: Field Sales and Collections Officer

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales and Collections Officer at Koolboks in Ajah, Lagos.
• The Field Sales and Collections Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining client relations, sales activities, business relationship management, and customer service.
• This role will involve regular communication with customers and clients to promote and sell Koolboks' products and services and collections of deliquent loans from Existing customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Client Relations, Sales, and Business Relationship Management skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
