Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department.
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations:Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Performance Management:Implement performance appraisal systems that drive employee development and enhance productivity.
  • Training & Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Compliance & Policy Development:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Compensation & Benefits:Oversee compensation structures and employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • HR Analytics:Utilize HR metrics to assess and improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Certification from a recognized HR body is a plus.
