Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Loan Officer and Fund Mobilizer)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Evaluate credit histories, documentation, and process loan applications within specified time limits.
• Recruit new loan and deposit mobilization through the marketing and sales of the bank’s products and services.
• Complete loan contracts and educate clients on applicable terms and conditions.
• Maintain and update account records.
• Participate in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing initiatives.
• Post-disbursement monitoring.
• Drive the reactivation of inactive and dormant accounts.
• Ensure the retention of existing customers.
• Maintaining a healthy portfolio.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Marketing or related discipline with 2-3 years experience.
• Proven working experience as a Sales and Marketing Executivein a Microfinance institution.
• Must have passion forSales/marketing.
• Customer-centric,Integrity and Analytical skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem solving.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / Month.
