Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a background in the construction, housing, or interior industries.
• The role involves strategic and operational tasks aimed at promoting organisation products or services, enhancing brand awareness, and driving sales.
• The ideal candidate should be articulate, possess industry exposure, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively represent the organization. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the organization's products and services. 
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth to refine marketing strategies. 
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events to generate leads and increase sales. 
• Manage and enhance the company's brand presence in the market. 
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools, promotional materials, and presentations. 
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across various marketing initiatives to maximize ROI. 
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
