Job Title: Factory Manager

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Work closely with other department to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc in any Science related course
• Must have 2-3 years experience in manufacturing Management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month
