Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated Junior Manager. This role involves managing staff, overseeing crop and livestock production, and implementing best practices in farm management for the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating farm activities.
• Monitor and manage crop and livestock production, ensuring optimal growth and health.
• Implement and oversee irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs.
• Supervise and train farm workers, ensuring adherence to safety and work protocols.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including planting, harvesting, and livestock care.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on farm performance to the Farm Manager.
• Ensure that all farming activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in managing the farm budget, ensuring cost-effective operations, and also monitor the expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Promote the farm's products and services through community engagement and marketing activities.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or H.ND in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 Years in farm management or a similar role
• Proximity: Resident in Lekki, Ajah, Lagos Island, Epe.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
