Job Summary

• The Accountant will manage the company's financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities.

Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:

•  Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

•   Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
•  Monitor and control costs to ensure alignment with budgetary targets.

Accounting Operations:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Ensure proper internal controls and accounting procedures.

Auditing and Compliance:

•  Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
•  Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports.

Financial Analysis:

•    Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
•    Provide insights and recommendations to management.

Cash Management:

•  Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity.
•    Oversee accounts receivable and payable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
