Global HR Always is an HR Support firm carrying out HR functions for and on behalf of our clients. We are recruiting for our client, a majorimporterand distributorof frozen fish in West Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Cook

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The cook will be responsible for:

• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
• Cook both African and Intercontinental dishes.
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check the quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.

Requirements

• Minimum Educational Qualification: SSCE.
• Experience: 5 years previous experience as a cook.

Skills and Competency:

• Ability to travel to any part of the country with her principal.
• Ability to cook both African and intercontinental dishes.
• Proven experience as a cook.
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
