Job Description
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and performance against targets.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
