We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Admin Specialist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

  • Monthly Travel Petty Cash Reconciliation
  • Prepares Budget Documents (e.g. purchase requisitions) & dispatch within 48 hours.
  • Ensure accuracy of expenditure listed & timely payment as well as retirement.
  • Consumables/Stationery Purchase & Management
  • Handle all administrative affairs in HQ & across regions.
  • Handle all travel arrangements for staff across regions (Flight Booking, Visa Renewals, Immigration, Accommodation & Per Diem)
  • Oversees immigration procedures and assists foreign nationals with immigration processes.
  • Ensures all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monthly Returns; Renewal of Green cards’ Deletion of Quota Process; Documentation for Expats (Regularization process, etc.)
  • Create comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement activities monthly and annually.
  • Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue between HQ and other regions. Work with cross-functional teams to identify unique needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy
  • Manage all travel arrangements
  • Liaise directly with the Health Maintainance Organization, handle all escalations from staff and providers

Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree in related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Articulate and Well-Coordinated.
