Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Assumkpa - Acha, Isuikwuato, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Supervisor to join our team in Assumkpa - Acha, Isuikwuato, Abia State.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel
• Supervise and manage hotel staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage budgets and financial plans
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel

Qualifications

• Must be male or female
• OND, HND, or B.Sc.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or related field is an advantage
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / Month.
