Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Wuse Zone 4, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and punctual Dispatch Rider to join our restaurant team. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers promptly and ensuring that deliveries are handled in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and efficiently while ensuring that the food is handled with care.
• Follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Confirm delivery orders before dispatching to ensure accuracy.
• Collect payments and obtain customer signatures when necessary.
• Maintain communication with the restaurant team to update on delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on the delivery motorcycle.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar role.
• Valid rider’s license.
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and with strong time management skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• High level of integrity and dependability.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to ride a motorcycle for extended periods.
• Capacity to carry and handle food packages of various sizes.

Benefits

• Salary: N45,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
• Accomodation and feeding
